Jennifer is a seasoned executive with expertise in consumer products and health sectors, having previously held leadership roles at Yates (DuluxGroup), Bunnings, and Bunnings Warehouse. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director of the National Heart Foundation, CAD Frontiers, and Cranky Health.

Phil is a Chartered Accountant and the Managing Director or Optima Partners. He has been a Non-Executive Director and CFO of HITIQ since August 2018 and also holds a Non-Executive Director role at Soar-Earth Limited.

Matthew is a Senior Investment Advisor at Wilson’s Advisory and represents Harmil Angel Investments. He previously held the role of Vice President at Morgan Stanley, bringing a wealth of financial and investment expertise to HITIQ.

James is a professional Company Secretary and Non-Executive Director with experience across ASX20, ASX100, and microcap companies. He is also the Founder of Fernville Group and has held senior executive roles in governance and corporate strategy.

Damien joins HITIQ as Chief Commercial Officer from Catapult Group International Ltd, (“Catapult”) (ASX: CAT), where he held positions as Head of League Wide and Media Partnerships (Catapult) and Commercial Director of GPSports Systems (acquired by Catapult in 2014).

Andrew is an experienced CFO with a track record of building inclusive teams, implementing scalable processes, and delivering strong business performance. He specializes in financial leadership for high-growth companies.

Chris brings over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy, having previously led Digital Sales at Optus Sport and served as Head of Growth for the A-Leagues. His expertise spans consulting, design, and execution.

Yohan has extensive experience in production, engineering, and operations. He has played a key role in developing HITIQ’s hardware and specialises in delivering engineering solutions from concept to deployment.
