Account Information
To use the PROTEQT App and access full functionality, each user must create a personal account.
Creating an Account
You’ll be prompted to create an account the first time you open the PROTEQT App. You must be 16 years or older, or have parent/guardian permission to register. Account setup includes providing your name, email address, and creating a secure password.
Managing Your Account
From the app’s Settings menu, you can:
- Update your personal information
- Change your password
- View or edit your linked player profiles
- Manage mouthguard devices
- Access support resources
Login Credentials
Your PROTEQT login is also used for ConneQt, our integrated concussion management platform. Keep your login information secure and consistent across platforms.
Data Privacy
All account data is handled in line with our www.hitiq.com/privacy-policy and is used only to enhance your experience and support your health and safety.
