- Charging Status: Shows the current charging status of the charge case
- Battery Level: Displays the battery level of the charge case (red = low, orange = mid range, green = charged)
- Mouthguard Charging: Indicates when the GO mouthguard is charging

Troubleshooting Mouthguard Issues:
My Mouthguard won’t turn on:
- Ensure the charging case is turned on or plugged in
- Ensure the mouthguard is positioned correctly in the case (link to orientation image)
- If the above does not resolve the issues, the mouthguard could be completely flat. If this is the case, leave it on charge and wait for it to turn on/flash (flash what colour?)
- If the mouthguard is still not turning on, contact support (link to support)
My mouthguard won’t link:
- Ensure the mouthguard is turned on
- Ensure the mouthguard is in range (within approximately 3-5 metres from the mobile device)
- If the mouthguard is still not linking, contact support (link to support)
No data is downloading onto the HITIQ PROTEQT app:
- Ensure that a stable internet connection is available when the mouthguard is downloading
- If data is still not downloading, contact support (link to support)

Care Instructions:
- Rinse your PROTEQT mouthguard with cold or lukewarm water and mild dish soap after use
- Freshen periodically with toothpaste and a toothbrush and rinse (gently)
- Ensure the mouthguard is completely dry before storing in the charge case
- Avoid twisting, torquing, or chewing the mouthguard to prevent damage and data loss (this may void any warranty)
- Store safely in the charge case when not in use
- Ensure mouthguard is kept out of direct sunlight
- Don't share mouthguards
- Clean mouthguard charge case often
- Perform visual inspections to assess for any damage

- Firmware is the program embedded into the mouthguard which enables it to collect data. Firmware is regularly updated to resolve any bugs within the application or add additional features. Updating firmware will only take a short amount of time and will lead to a better experience when using the HITIQ PROTEQT app.
